Sanchita serves as the Operations and Human Resources Manager at McGovern Weems, and her contributions are essential for the firm’s smooth and efficient operation. With her extensive background in both operations and human resources, she effectively supports the attorneys and legal staff by equipping them with the resources they need to produce outstanding work for our clients. Prior to joining our team, Sanchita led the HR department at Spears & Imes LLP.

Sanchita received her BA in Sociology at Hunter College.
