Leif T. Simonson is a civil litigator with over 20+ years of experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex, high-stakes litigation, disputes and investigations.  He has extensive experience in securities and financial services related litigation and arbitrations, shareholder disputes, debtor-creditor litigation, asset recovery and judgment enforcement.  He has represented clients and argued numerous cases in state and federal courts in several jurisdictions, at both the trial and appellate level.

Leif previously practiced at Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP, Kobre & Kim LLP and Faegre Baker Daniels LLP.  In addition to being of counsel at McGovern Weems LLP, Leif also maintains his own practice at Simonson Law PLLC and remains of counsel at Kobre & Kim LLP.
